You’ll have to wait (but not as long as you think!) for your photos. For all our shoots, no matter how large, we send out a highlight gallery a few days after the event. (Just long enough to want to go back and live the day again!) For most sessions it will be 2-3 weeks for the full gallery to be ready. Weddings are 4-8 weeks to have the full and final gallery in your inbox and on your phone!

Step 6: The Hard Part.

On the day of the shoot, we'll be in the right places noticing the little things that make up the momentous day. You do your thing and enjoy your event. We’ll be there to save every detail.

Step 5: Where Memories Are Made.

We’ll check in from time to time on where plans are, how you’re doing and just to chat. For how important photographs are, sometimes they can feel like just a “day of” thing, booked in advance and only there for a day. But if we never talk then you’ll be nervous in front of the camera! We want you to feel excited for the day and ready to be yourself.

If you’ve booked a wedding, we’ll schedule your complimentary engagement session, help you find locations and decide on outfits. We are at your fingertips from the moment you’re booked until the big day is over!

About one month before the wedding, we’ll send out a questionnaire so we can get all the nitty-gritty details and be ready for whatever comes our way.

Step Four: checking in!

We’ll set up a nice link and an easy portal where you can receive our contract, timeline information, our guidebook and where you can pay your deposit. A few clicks and you’re done!

You’re booked once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. Phew! The hard part is over!

Step Three: Technical Stuff.

Once we can get on a call or meet in person, we want to listen as you share your love story, what your wedding plans are and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have. We’ll explain more about our booking process and what the actual photoshoot day will be like. This initial meeting helps us to connect, break the ice and get to know each other. We’ve found this has been essential in getting everyone comfortable and ready to have their picture taken.

Step Two: Talk!

As soon as we receive your message, we’ll respond over email with any information we can provide about our packages and answering some frequently asked questions. If we’re unclear on something, we’ll ask for some clarification. This is also when we’d love to set up a phone or video call or in-person meeting.
